Appointment Policy


To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled examinations and procedures, appointments are required.  Emergency cases, however, shall always receive top priority.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.

For your convenience, you may drop your cat off at the clinic on your way to work. The doctor will examine your cat and then call you to discuss the examination and any recommended treatments or procedures.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all cats in the clinic, your cat must be in a carrier or under your control on a leash.



  Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, cash and personal checks. Payment plans are available to qualified applicants via Care Credit. A written fee estimate will be provided whenever requested.
